Splash verifies your physical location before you can deposit or join paid contests. This is a legal requirement.
If you're seeing a location error, try:
Turn off your VPN (VPNs are not permitted)
Disable ad blockers
Enable location services in your browser/device
Use Google Chrome
Switch to a home or cellular network (avoid corporate/secured WiFi)
Try a different device
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before joining paid contests, you must verify your identity. We collect your name, address, and date of birth to confirm your age and state eligibility. Occasionally we may also request a government-issued ID.
Account Restrictions
Your account may be temporarily restricted if:
Rapid location changes are detected
A VPN or location-masking tool is in use
Multiple accounts are detected (one account per user is required)
If restricted: wait 1 hour, then try again without a VPN.
