How to Submit Self-Managed Payments for an NCAAB Bracket Contest

If you are running a self-managed (Entertainment-Only) NCAAB Bracket contest, you are responsible for paying the pool hosting fee based on the number of entries in your contest. This payment is separate from any entry fees you collect from participants.

Follow the steps below to submit your pool payment.

Step 1: Navigate to the Payment Section

  1. Open the Commissioner Console

  2. Select Pay Pool Fee

This page shows the current amount owed for your contest.

Step 2: Review or Enter Entry Count

On the payment page, you can:

  • View the number of entries currently in your contest

  • Enter the number of entries you expect before the entry deadline

Entering an estimated entry count allows you to pay in advance if your pool is still growing.

The payment page includes a calculator that shows exactly how your total is determined.

Step 3: Submit Your Payment

Once you confirm the entry count:

  1. Review the Your Entry Breakdown section

  2. Verify the total amount due

  3. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction

What the Payment Covers

Your payment covers the hosting of your self-managed bracket contest on the platform.

  • It does not include participant entry fees

  • It does not handle payouts

  • You remain responsible for collecting and distributing prizes

When to Pay

You can submit payment:

  • After entries begin joining

  • Before the entry deadline, using an estimated count

  • As needed to cover additional entries

Paying your pool fee ensures your NCAAB Bracket contest remains active and fully functional for all participants. If you’re unsure how many entries to include, you can start with an estimate and adjust as your pool grows.
