Splash: Marketplace - How do I buy a share of an entry?

There are two ways to buy on the Splash Marketplace:

Option 1 — Browse listings

  1. Open the Marketplace and browse active listings.

  2. Find an entry you want and place an offer (you can offer above or below the asking price).

  3. Your funds are held securely the moment you submit your offer.

  4. The seller can accept, reject, or counter. If they counter, you can accept or decline — one counter per offer.

Option 2 — Make a direct offer

You can make an offer directly to any shareholder, even if they haven't listed anything for sale. They'll receive your offer and can choose to accept, reject, or counter.

Before you can buy:

  • You must be KYC-verified.

  • You must be located in a geo-eligible state at the time you place your offer.

Your funds are safe: Your money is only captured if the trade goes through. If your offer is rejected, expires, or is cancelled, your funds are released back to you automatically.
