From within Rex Reach, navigate to the User Manager page:
From here you're able to Invite co-workers or Create a new user:
If you need to cancel a pending invitation, you can do that from the action menu in the Pending Invitations section:
You can also transfer ownership, change passwords and remove other users if you're the account owner:
