How to find your location

You'll receive full access instructions via email after every booking, with specific instructions on how to find your location. This is also available inside the Spokesafe app by pressing the "Help" button.

Dropping your vehicle off

Once you've arrived at a facility, you'll enter by accessing a code found within the Spokesafe app.

Your keypad will require you to gently press the * button, before slowly entering the numbers. You will hear a beep after each press and then a double beep will confirm you have unlocked the door.

(Please note that certain locations do not support this feature; this is explained within your booking confirmation email and in the Help section of your app).

Please park your vehicle in the same rack number you have booked; members who repeatedly park in other people's spaces will be removed from the service.

Picking your vehicle up

Please enter using the same technique as above. Your access code changes throughout the day so you will need to request a new code within your app.

Troubleshooting

This system is used by thousands of cyclists across the UK every month so is reliable. However, we've found these tips can be helpful if it's your first time or you are seeing repeated issues.

If you've still got an issue, please give us a ring on our emergency helpline and you can speak to a human straight away, 24/7. You will find this number inside the "Contact Us" section within the Spoeksafe app.
