How to solve issues that take place in Hubs, Outdoor Lockers and Personal Storage Lockers

Someone's items are inside my locker

If someone has left their items inside a personal storage locker in a Hub, please do the following:

  1. Remove the items and place them on top of the locker.

  2. Continue to use your personal storage locker as normal. Whoever has left these items should have collected them before their booking expired.

If someone has left their bicycle inside an Outdoor Locker, please do the following:

  1. Send us an email at hello@spokesafe.com and we'll set you up with a new space.

  2. You can also ring the emergency helpline number found inside the Spokesafe app under "Contact Us".

Only one member at a time is booked into a personal storage locker or outdoor locker, which means whoever has left their items will not be able to access your locker. If you are ever returning and think you will not make back it before your booking expires, please email us at hello@spokesafe.com and we will assist.
