As of 1/28/26, our app requires that all first deposits be played through 1x prior to authorizing a withdrawal. This means that if you deposit $30.00, you must make a minimum of $30.00 worth of closed and not canceled entries before you can withdraw any winnings or withdraw subsequent deposits.
Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw your funds without playing through them, you will need to contact Customer Support to initiate a manual withdrawal.
