Walkthrough: How to Use the SportsVisio Web Manager

Welcome to SportsVisio! This quick-start guide is for anyone who’s logging into the Web Manager for the first time. Whether you're managing teams, uploading games, or reviewing stats — this article will help you get comfortable right away.


Step 1: Log In to the Web Manager

Start by going to www.sportsvisio-app.com/teams and logging in with your SportsVisio account.

If you don't yet have an account, you can create one. How to Create an Account.


Step 2: Navigate to Your Program

Once you're inside the Web Manager:

  1. Click Teams in the left-hand menu.

  2. Choose your Program (e.g., “Hoops Club).

  3. Select the correct:

    • Season (e.g., “Regular Season”)

    • Division (e.g., “Varsity”)

You’ll now see a full list of teams in that division.


Step 3: Manage a Team

Click on any Team to access its dashboard. From here, you can:

  • Edit the roster – Add, remove, or update players.

  • View the full game schedule under the Games tab.

  • Access team-wide stats in the Stats tab.

You’ll also find quick-access tools on the right-hand side for managing each section.


Step 4: View & Upload Games

In the Games tab for your team:

  • You’ll see all scheduled games.

  • Click the three dots () next to a game to:

    • Upload game video

    • Edit game details

    • Manage recording options

You can upload one or multiple camera angles depending on what you recorded.


Step 5: View & Export Stats

Go to the Coach Mode menu to explore:

  • Season-long team stats

  • Game-by-game breakdowns

  • Player-specific metrics

To export stats:

  1. Go to the Box Scores within the Season or Games tab

  2. Click the Export button.

  3. Select Export to download stats as a spreadsheet.


Step 6: Access Advanced Analytics (Premium Feature)

  • Plus/minus breakdowns
