Welcome to SportsVisio! If this is your first time using the Web Manager, don’t worry — uploading your game video is simple. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be all set.

Step 1: Log In to the Web Manager
Start by going to www.sportsvisio-app.com/ and logging in with your SportsVisio account.
Step 2: Find Your Team's Game
Once you’re logged in, follow these steps to navigate to your team’s scheduled game:
On the left-hand menu, select your Program (this is the organization or league you're part of).
Choose the correct Season and Division from the dropdown menus.
Click on your Team from the list.
Once inside the team dashboard, click the Games tab. This will show you the full schedule.
Step 3: Open the Recording Upload Tool
Find the game you want to upload video for (usually the most recent or upcoming one).
Click the three dots (
⋮) next to the game listing.Select Manage Recording from the menu.
Step 4: Upload Your Video
Now you're ready to upload your video. You have two options:
Uploading ONE video (single camera):
Click Game with 1 Angle.
Select the video file from your computer and upload it.
Uploading MULTIPLE angles (like Left/Right):
Click the Game with 2 Angles.
Choose the angle you're uploading (e.g. Left or Right).
Confirm Details:
Select the team name and colors for both sides.
Confirm or edit the player rosters (if prompted).
Then upload your video file.
Step 5: Wait for Upload to Finish
Once the upload starts, do not leave the page until it’s fully complete.
💡Tip: Larger files will take longer depending on your internet speed.
That’s It!
After uploading, our system will automatically start processing your game. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive stats, highlights, and player insights in your dashboard.
