If you run into problems uploading your game film to Coach Mode, don’t worry—most issues can be solved quickly. Below are the most common upload issues and how to fix them.

Common Issues & Fixes

1. Upload is slow or stuck

  • Cause: Weak or unstable internet connection.

  • Fix:

    • Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps upload speed).

    • Try connecting to a stronger Wi-Fi or wired network.

    • Restart the upload if it appears frozen.

2. File type not accepted

  • Cause: Unsupported video format.

  • Fix:

    • Ensure your file is saved as .mp4 or .mov.

    • Use a free converter tool if needed to change file format.

3. File too large

  • Cause: Exceeds file size limit.

  • Fix:

    • Trim unnecessary footage (like long pre-game warmups).

    • Compress the video file without lowering resolution below 1080p at 30fps.

4. Wrong game or team info

  • Cause: Details weren’t selected correctly during upload.

  • Fix:

    • Cancel the upload and restart with correct info.

    • Double-check date, team, and opponent before submitting.

5. Upload failed completely

  • Cause: Interrupted connection or corrupted file.

  • Fix:

    • Try uploading again.

    • If it fails repeatedly, re-export the file from your device and attempt another upload.
