If you run into problems uploading your game film, most issues can be solved quickly. Below are the most common upload issues and how to fix them.
1. Upload is slow or stuck
Cause: Weak or unstable internet connection.
Fix:
Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps upload speed).
Try connecting to a stronger Wi-Fi or wired network.
Restart the upload if it appears frozen.
2. File type not accepted
Cause: Unsupported video format.
Fix:
Ensure your file is saved as .mp4 or .mov.
Use a free converter tool if needed to change file format.
3. File too large
Cause: Exceeds file size limit.
Fix:
Trim unnecessary footage (like long pre-game warmups).
Compress the video file without lowering resolution below 1080p at 30fps
iMovie or CapCut are excellent editing tools. You can add your game and then export at a lower resolution.
4. Wrong game or team info
Cause: Details weren’t selected correctly during upload.
Fix:
Cancel the upload and restart with correct info.
Double-check date, team, and opponent before submitting.
5. Upload failed completely
Cause: Interrupted connection or corrupted file.
Fix:
Try uploading again.
If it fails repeatedly, re-export the file from your device and attempt another upload.
