đ Where to find it: Explore tab (bottom bar) â search field â Players / Teams / Leagues tabs
The Explore tab (magnifying-glass icon in the bottom bar) is how you search across SportsVisio for a specific player, team or league.
Steps
Tap the Explore tab.
Tap the search field and type your search. You need at least 3 characters: until then you'll see "Type at least 3 characters to search".
Switch between the Players, Teams and Leagues tabs to see each kind of result.
Tap a result to open it.
Recent searches and no results
When the search field is empty, your recent searches appear so you can jump back quickly.
If nothing matches, you'll see a "No Results Found" state. Check spelling or try fewer characters.
Filtering by sport
If your app covers more than one league, a Filter button appears with a sport filter. Use it to narrow results to a single sport. If you're only seeing one league or division (for example "open" but not the league you expect), the missing one may be private: see below.
Private leagues, teams and players
A private league, team or player shows "This is a private league / team / player". Tap Contact Operations Team to email customersuccess@sportsvisio.com and request access.
