Once you've uploaded your video in SportsVisio Manager, this is how you follow it through processing, and where the finished stats and highlights show up.
The Games tabs
The Games screen has bottom tabs that a game moves through in order:
Upload Videos: your scheduled games, waiting for (or receiving) video.
Processing: games our AI is currently analyzing. If it's empty you'll see "No games in processing" / "Games being processed by our AI will appear here."
Processed: finished games. This tab reminds you: "Open the SportsVisio App to see results!".
(There's also a Bracket tab, but only for playoff or swiss divisions.)
The status banner (how to send a game for processing)
Open a game to see Game Detail. A status banner near the top tells you where it stands and what to do next:
"Videos can't be processed until all videos are uploaded.": you still have an angle left to upload.
When every required angle is in: "Videos will be processed within one hour." with a Send to process button. Tap it to start processing.
Once processing has started: "Videos are being processed. To change uploaded videos, revert the game to uploading." with a Revert to uploading. option if you need to swap a file.
Finally: "Game is being analyzed. Contact customer success if there are any issues with the videos."
One thing to know about that second banner: within one hour refers to the processing step starting, not to when your stats will be ready. Upload time comes first and can be an hour or more on its own. Plan on results within 24 hours of the upload completing.
Filter by upload status
On the Upload Videos tab, tap the filter funnel in the app bar ("Filter by upload status") to narrow the list to All, Uploading, Uploaded, Partial, No uploads, or Error: handy for spotting a game that didn't finish. Pull down to refresh the list at any time.
Where the results appear
We aim to have stats and highlights ready within 24 hours of the upload finishing. When processing is done, the game lands in the Processed tab, but the actual stats and highlights are viewed in the separate SportsVisio app, not in the Manager app. Open the SportsVisio app to see them.
