SportsVisio Analytics is the SportsVisio web product at stats.sportsvisio.com. It's the best place for deeper stats, team Rankings, Compare, Film Room and billing, anything that's easier to read on a big screen. It uses the same SportsVisio account as the mobile SportsVisio app, so there's nothing new to sign up for.
Use the web when you want depth; use the mobile app for quick, on-the-go viewing, highlights and sharing. Your stats and games are the same in both.
Signing in
Go to stats.sportsvisio.com.
Sign in through Auth0 with the same email you use in the SportsVisio app.
If you opened a shared link (for example a link to a game or team someone sent you), that link is kept through the sign-in redirect. You'll land on the page the link pointed to after you log in, not back at the start.
The site works in a phone browser too, though the bigger screens are where it shines.
Accepting an invitation
If a league or team invited you, your email has a link that opens the /invitation page. Click Accept Invitation to join. After that you'll sign in normally at stats.sportsvisio.com.
Choosing your program
Your account can belong to more than one program. Use the program picker to switch between the programs you have access to. Stats, rankings and menus all follow the program you've selected.
Why your menu may look different
Menus on the web are role-based. Roles are set per program. You might be an admin in one program and a viewer in another, so you may see fewer (or more) menu items than your coach or league admin. Items you don't have access to are simply hidden, not greyed out. This is expected.
Supported sports
SportsVisio Analytics supports basketball, basketball 3x3 and volleyball. Each sport has a different set of available features, so a page that exists for a basketball program may not appear for a volleyball program (and vice versa). If a feature described elsewhere in this help center isn't showing up, it may not be part of your program's sport.
Getting back to the rankings
The home page is Rankings: click the SportsVisio logo or your Home menu item any time to return to it. See The Rankings page for what it shows.
Why did the site send me back to the home page when I clicked a link?
A couple of harmless things cause this:
The page isn't for you. If a link points to a page your role can't open, or to a feature that isn't part of your program's sport, the site sends you to the home page instead of showing an error.
No program selected yet. Right after signing in, some pages let you through before a program is chosen and then show an empty state. Pick your program in the program picker and open the link again.
If a link still won't open after you've selected the right program, you may not have access to that team or game. Ask the person who sent it, or your league admin, to check your role.
