We process footage from almost any device. What matters is that the video meets the minimum quality bar, not which brand recorded it.
What most customers use
One phone on a tripod. Pan to follow the action. Basic, but it works well.
Two phones on tripods. One per half-court. Needs no operator during the game and produces better highlights and more accurate stats.
A fixed or wall-mounted camera. Works very well and needs no one to run it.

The one requirement
Whatever you record on, the footage needs to be at least 1080p at 30fps. See Video and system requirements.
