đ Where to find it: your phone or camera settings, before you leave for the game
Most lost games are lost for boring reasons: a flat battery or a full drive. Five minutes of prep prevents it.
1. Charge fully
Charge the device to 100% before every game night. Recording a full game is power-hungry.
2. Bring a power bank
Keep an external battery on standby, especially for tournaments or back-to-back games.
3. Check storage
Make sure there is enough free space for the whole game. Once SportsVisio has confirmed a game is processed, it is safe to delete that footage from the device. Clearing old files about once a month keeps you ahead of it.
4. Set the video settings
Resolution: 1080p.
Frame rate: 30fps.
Higher settings are not better here. They make much larger files that take far longer to upload, without improving stat accuracy.
5. Stop interruptions
Silence notifications or use Do Not Disturb so an incoming call cannot stop the recording mid-game.
