To ensure smooth performance and uninterrupted recording during game, follow these steps to properly set up and maintain your device:

1. Charge Your Device

Before the start of each game night, make sure your device is fully charged. This will help avoid any power interruptions during recording.

2. Have an External Battery Ready

It’s always a good idea to have an external battery available and on standby, just in case your device runs low on power during the game.

3. Check Storage Space

Ensure that your device has sufficient storage space to capture all footage. Regularly reviewing and managing storage is key to preventing any disruptions during recording.

If necessary, after SportsVisio confirms that the game has been processed, you can safely delete footage from the device to free up space. We recommend removing files at least once a month for optimal storage management.

4. Adjust Device Settings

For the best video quality and smooth processing, configure your device with the following settings:

  • Resolution: Set to 1080p for clear, high-definition recording.

  • Frame Rate (FPS): Choose either 30 FPS or 60 FPS, depending on your preference or recording needs.
