What do to if your SportsVisio app is not functioning properly

We're rapidly updating our software and adding new features that make your experience more enjoyable. We know that from time to time you may encounter an issue in our app or software. Here's what we recommend:

  1. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version - go to the App or Play Store, navigate to SportsVisio and check in an update is available.

  2. Ensure that you have mobile signal or Wi-Fi while using the app.

  3. If the app crashes, fully close and restart the app.

  4. If all these steps fail, please contact customersuccess@sportsvisio.com with the following information: Phone model, Phone type, Current app update number
