What to do next

Contact our support team and we'll work through this with you. Depending on the outcome of your initial check, we may ask you to provide a copy of one of the following:

  • Australian driver's licence

  • Australian passport

  • Medicare card

You can send these through by replying to our message or via the support chat in the app.

Until verification is complete, you won't be able to top up your Parent Wallet or activate your child's Spriggy card. We'll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible β€” thanks for your patience.
