Why can my investment balance change?
The value of the ETFs held through the Spriggy Growth Portfolio can rise or fall.
Fees, costs, deposits, withdrawals, distributions and the timing and prices of transactions can also affect the value and performance shown for your account.
Are investment returns guaranteed?
No. Investment returns, distributions and repayment of capital are not guaranteed.
Who holds my investments?
Each Spriggy Invest Account is held by Betashares, as the responsible entity, on a separate trust for the investor. The investor has a beneficial interest in the investments held in their account.
The investments are held on a pooled basis by Citigroup Pty Limited, the scheme's custodian. Citigroup holds the legal interest in the investments on Betashares' behalf.
Who manages the Spriggy Growth Portfolio?
The Betashares Investment Committee constructs and manages the Spriggy Growth Portfolio. It selects the ETFs and determines their target allocations.
Is the portfolio rebalanced?
Yes. The portfolio is rebalanced at least annually.
It may also be rebalanced after a calendar quarter if its allocations move outside the limits described in the PDS.
What is Spriggy's role?
Spriggy distributes Spriggy Invest and helps Members access their Spriggy Invest Accounts through the Spriggy app.
Spriggy and Betashares are separate companies with different roles.
