If your children have completed their savings Goals, or you would like to transfer funds back to your Connected Account, we can certainly help you with this!

We can make transfers back to your Connected Account within 3-4 business days.

All you will need to do to proceed with a transfer back to your Connected Account is:

  1. Move the funds into your Parent Wallet.
  2. Contact us confirming the amount your looking to return to your Connected Account.

We recommend submitting the request in-app due to ease of submission.
To do so, simply:

In Spriggy app version 1:

  1. Login to the Spriggy Pocket Money app using your Parent login.
  2. Tap 'Account' in the top right.
  3. Tap 'Support'.
  4. Tap 'New Conversation'.
  5. Tap 'Top-ups, transactions or transfers'.
  6. Tap 'Transferring funds back to my bank' and follow the prompts.

In Spriggy app version 2:

  1. Log in to the Spriggy Pocket Money app using your Parent login
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right hand corner.
  3. Tap 'Help' in the bottom right.
  4. Tap 'Member Help'.
  5. Tap 'New Conversation'.
  6. Tap 'Top-ups, transactions or transfers'.
  7. Tap 'Transferring funds back to my bank' and follow the prompts.
