How do I add or update my Connected Account?

Steps to add or change payment methods between debit cards and bank accounts.

Need to update or add a new Connected Account? No problem. First things first, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app. Updates for iOS and Android can be found here.

To add or update your Connected Account:

  1. Log into Spriggy from your Parent Login.

  2. Tap the cog icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Tap 'Spriggy membership'

  4. Tap ‘Connected Account’.

  5. Tap ‘Change Account’.

  6. Select ‘Debit Card’ or ‘Bank Account’.

  7. Enter your details.

  8. Tap ‘Connect’.

Please note:

  • For faster top-ups, connect a debit card (these take just a few minutes to reach your Parent Wallet).

  • Top-ups from a bank account will use PayTo, which processes top-ups in near real time. When you add your bank account, you will need to go into the online banking app and approve the agreement in order to successfully connect to PayTo.

  • You can only have one Connected Account linked to Spriggy at a time.

  • You can change your Connected Account from your Primary Parent login.

  • There’s no charge for updating your Connected Account.
