1. Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account
2. Navigate to Menu Editor. You are in the 'Item List' by default.
3. Click on Add item
REQUIRED FIELDS:
Name - Enter the name of your item
Category - Select which category you’d like it to appear in - categories were set up in ‘Canteen Settings’ and can be changed/ added to at any stage.
Price
OPTIONAL FIELDS:
Description - Optional: here you might list the ingredients on a Salad Roll, e.g. lettuce, tomato, cheese ect.
Display Order - Also optional: Items appear on the parent app in alphabetical order unless they are placed in numerical order by adding a number in this field.
Availability, Dietary Labels & Specific cut off times are also able to be specified.
Scroll down and click Add to save your new item.
To set the item live on the parent app, scroll back to the top and choose a menu on the right hand side to add it too.
The plus button turns it on
The bin turns it off
If it's Orange - it's live!
TIP: When working in your menu editor - View the list by category to reduce the number of items you are scrolling through.
