To edit and access your child's profile details, just tap on your profile icon on the top left of the parent homescreen, and then select 'Manage Family'. Select your child's name, and this is where you can see a lot of the features, some of which are listed below -

  1. You can add and change your kids' profile image (which will then show on their card in your parent wallet).

  2. You can edit their profile here. Change their name, what they call you.. and a few more personal details.

Note: You can only edit these details if you are a managed parent. If you are a linked parent, you can only edit the 'Child calls you' field.

  3. If you hadn't added their mobile number earlier, you can add it here.

Note: You have to be a 'managed parent' to add a mobile number to your kid's account. If you are a linked parent, please ask the managed parent to add the mobile number toyour kid's account.

Please also note that you cannot delete a mobile number once it's been added. If you want to delete a kid's mobile number, just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to get it sorted for you.

  4. You can set up their pocket money! Just enter the amount, select the frequency and you're all set.

For example, if you want to send $10 to your kid every Friday, just enter the amount, select the frequency and the day of the week and we'll take care of the rest for you. Pocket money transfers are made at 8am on the selected day.

Note: When you set up pocket money, it's an automated transfer from the parent wallet to the child wallet. However, there needs to be sufficient balance in your parent account too! For this you also have the option to set up a recurring top-up in to your parent wallet. After that, it really is just set + forget.

Another main feature of SquareOne is the ability to set card controls. Swipe to the child you want to set card limits for and there you'll see a 'Card controls' button on the top right of their virtual card. This is where you can control when, where and how they can use their card. You can choose whether or not you want to enable

a) Friend and QR transfers
b) Contactless transactions (i.e. tap + pay)
c) Online transactions (i.e whether they can use the card online)
d) Overseas transactions (i.e whether they can use their card overseas)

You can also set transaction limits for their card, like

a) Single transaction limit
b) Daily transaction limit
c) Weekly transaction limit
