When you registered your child with SquareOne you would have set a PIN number for their card.
Your child must insert their card and use PIN for their first transaction. If you've forgotten the PIN you set then no problem, you can change it in real time in the app.
If you're on your parent homescreen, just tap on the card controls button on the top right of your kid's virtual card and then hit 'Change PIN'.
If you're in kids view, just tap 'Card details' (blue text on the main card image) > 'Change PIN'.
The PIN on the card will update in real time.
