The SR1 team will confirm your batch request has been received. Batches are typically run overnight.
If you'd like to track the status of your sales batch, navigate to Digital Sales in SR1 and select list view.
Click on Batch Log at the bottom of the screen.
The Batch Status will tell you if the import process is Completed or Running. The Items column will tell you how many files are associated with this Batch ID (1 means a single file import; more than 1 means this was a sales batch).
You can click on the Batch ID to view more details.
Sales batches allow you to bulk import, map, & activate digital sales.
