How do I apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

If you believe you have valid reasons for a return and wish for us to evaluate your request, please follow this process:

  • Contact Us: First, contact us through our customer support channels.

  • Provide Detailed Information: Explain the reason for the return, provide your original order number, and an accurate description of the equipment or service.

  • Our Review: We will review your submitted information.

  • Issuance of RMA Number: If we approve your request (a rare occurrence), we will issue you an RMA number.

  • Mark the Return: You must clearly mark this RMA number on the outside packaging of the returned item(s). Returns without a valid RMA number will generally not be accepted.
