Even if we approve a return or order cancellation, you may need to bear certain fees:

Order Cancellation Before Shipment (Cancellation Fee): If you request to cancel an order before shipment and we approve it, we will charge a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the order amount to compensate for administrative costs.
