What is the refund process?

We will only initiate the refund process after all the following conditions are met:

  • The return has received our prior written approval and a valid RMA number.

  • We have received the returned equipment.

  • We confirm the equipment is in "new condition" with all original packaging and documents.

  • You have paid all applicable fees (e.g., 20% restocking fee). Once all conditions are met, we will initiate the refund. The refund is usually returned to the original payment account. Original shipping and freight costs are non-refundable.
