We will only initiate the refund process after all the following conditions are met:
The return has received our prior written approval and a valid RMA number.
We have received the returned equipment.
We confirm the equipment is in "new condition" with all original packaging and documents.
You have paid all applicable fees (e.g., 20% restocking fee). Once all conditions are met, we will initiate the refund. The refund is usually returned to the original payment account. Original shipping and freight costs are non-refundable.
