What should I do if a product arrives damaged?

Updated over a month ago

If the equipment you receive is damaged during transit or does not conform to the order agreement, you must act very promptly:

  • Immediate Inspection: You are responsible for a thorough inspection immediately upon receipt.

  • Written Notification within 48 Hours: If the equipment is non-conforming (including damage), you must notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. This is a very strict time limit.

  • Provide Detailed Information: Your written notification should include a specific description of the damage or non-conformity, photographic evidence (if possible), affected parts, and the order number. If we are not notified within 48 hours, the equipment will be deemed accepted, and any related claims waived. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery; damage after delivery may be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed or covered by applicable shipping insurance.
