How to take screenshots for your Support inquiries. Instructions included for several device types. More to be added!

If a support rep happens to ask you to take a screenshot, here's what you should do. Please ensure that the area captured either does not include PHI (Protected Health Information) or PII (Personally Identifiable Information); You may have to edit the screenshot on your device to hide this information, in some cases.
