In the coming weeks, Penelope help articles will move to a new home. After the transition, help articles currently accessed through Intercom will no longer be available, and existing Intercom links will stop working.
If you've bookmarked any help articles or saved Intercom links, you'll need to update those bookmarks once the new Help Center is live.
