How do I add Custom KPIs on an Information Request?

You can add Custom KPIs on an individual company basis once an Information Request has been created and before an Information Request is sent out.

  1. Select the Information Requests tab.
    ​

  2. Select the Information Request Draft that you would like to request Custom KPIs for.

  3. Click on the company that you would like to add custom metrics for. A sidebar will appear. Scroll down to Company Specific Metrics and click on Add Custom Metric. This will pull up the Metrics Library where you can pull in existing custom metrics or create a new custom metric. For information on how to navigate the Metrics Library, see Metrics Library FAQ's
