We currently calculate ownership percentage by taking the sum of shares you own in a company and dividing it by the most recent fully diluted share count:
Ownership % = Shared Owned / FDSO
In order to edit the ownership %, you can edit one of these values or add an event in the case of a dilution or financing round. Click the portfolio company you'd like to update, and navigate to their 'investment details' tab.
Editing Shares Owned by Company (~1min):
Find the correct certificate, and select the 'pencil' icon to edit.
2. Modify certificate details, including # of shares.
Editing Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding (~1min):
Go to the round, select the 3 dots next to the name of the round.

3. Edit financing details, including FDSO. Then press 'edit financing' to save changes.
