Why do I see blank swatches on my storefront after uploading images or adding color codes?

Blank swatches typically occur if the color codes or custom images for your product option values are added but not fully uploaded. This is an easy mistake to correct:


​To Fix This Issue:

  • Make sure after adding your color codes or custom images in Swatch King, you explicitly click the Update button (given at the bottom of the pop-up) to save these additions. This crucial step ensures your changes are applied, preventing swatches from appearing blank on your storefront.
