What is "Payout Balance to Site Credit"?
This feature allows you to convert the money you've earned running games, into non-withdrawable site credit. You can then use that credit to book games as a player.
Why would I convert my earnings to site credit?
Many people both run and play games on the site. Converting your earnings to site credit removes checkout friction and lets you spend your earnings directly.
Can I withdraw site credit to my bank?
No. Site credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or cashed out.
Is the conversion permanent?
Yes. Conversions of earnings to site credit are final unless our Support Team verifies a system or processing error.
How do I convert my earnings into credit?
Go to your Payouts page
Click Convert to Credit
Select the amount you want to convert
Click Convert
Does my site credit expire?
No. Site credit does not expire.
Will my credit automatically apply at checkout?
Yes. Available credit will automatically be applied to eligible bookings.
What happens if a game I paid for with credit is refunded?
Refunds are issued as credit, not to payoutable earnings or your bank account.
Can I transfer my credit to another user?
No. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used on your own account.
Where can I see my credit balance?
Your balance is displayed on your Credit Balance page, separate from your earnings.
