In the Scores area, make sure the state and association are set.
Note: Verify that you purchasing the correct event.
Click on Tickets. All available tickets will be located here
How to scan tickets
To scan fans into the game, gate workers simply need to use the camera app on their phone or an iPad.
When fans pull up their QR Code on their device, simply use the camera to scan the QR and open the link.
The link will contain the tickets the fan has for the event. Simply tap “Activate” to activate the ticket(s), or hit the activate all button to activate all tickets for use.
How admins get to the box office/find tickets
School admins will need to login to their Bound accounts at manager.gobound.com on a laptop or ipad.

Once logged in, schools can click on the “Events” icon on their screen:
On the events screen, they should be able to scroll to locate the proper game they are taking tickets for. Then click on the green ticket icon and select “Box Office”.
Once the box office is open click on “Full Report” in the “Ticket Sales” area.
This area will contain all ticket sales in order from most recent purchase. This can also be searched via the the search bar by email, name, and even last 4 numbers of the card used for purchase.
To view tickets for a purchase, simply click on the cart beside the purchase.
If you wish to activate a ticket from this area, click on the green check box
If you wish to deactivate an activated ticket, click on the red minus sign
How to print a QR Code for fans to purchase tickets to the game:
Navigate to the event as described in the section above. Once there, click on the 3 vertical dots beside the event competition. Select print poster.
This will pull up an event page with a QR code that can be printed.
The QR link will take fans to the event overview page with a green button to purchase tickets:
