Your association can add its own photos to its Bound public site. Home page cover photos are managed in Promote, and activity photos are managed on each activity's Photos page.
Cover photos fill the banner at the top of your home page and each activity's page. Until you add one, the banner shows your logo, like this IGHSAU home page:
Add Home Page Cover Photos
Go to Promote -> Photos.
In Home Page Cover Photos, click Add.
Click Choose file and select an image. The recommended size is 1802×1142 or 901×571.
Drag the slider to zoom, and drag the photo to adjust what shows.
(Optional) Enter a Caption.
Click Save.
Use the Add Photo Form
You can also add a home page cover photo from the Add Photo form. This form doesn't have the zoom slider.
On Promote -> Photos, click Add Photo at the top of the page.
In Category, select Home Page Cover Photo.
(Optional) Enter a Caption.
Click Upload Photo and select an image.
Click Save.
Add Activity Photos
Each activity has three kinds of photos:
Activity Photo: the activity's main photo. Recommended ratio: 16:9.
Cover Photos: the banner at the top of the activity's page. Recommended 2400×800 (3:1). Add more than one to rotate the banner.
Gallery: championship moments, award ceremonies, state tournament highlights, and anything else you want to share for the activity.
Activity photos belong to the activity, so every season of that activity shares them.
Go to Activities, then click the green arrow button next to the activity.
Click Photos.
Click Upload activity photo, Upload cover photo, or Add Photo.
Add Photo at the top of the page opens the same window as Add Photo in Gallery.
Click Choose file and select an image. You can also paste an image with Ctrl+V.
For an activity photo or cover photo, drag the slider to zoom, and drag the photo to adjust what shows.
For cover photos, keep logos and text in the center. Phones crop the sides.
(Optional) Enter a Caption.
Click Save.
Tip: To add more cover photos, click Add another in Cover Photos. To reuse a gallery photo, click Use as activity photo (trophy icon) or Use as cover photo (image icon) on the photo.
Remove a Photo
Click the red delete button on the photo.
On Promote -> Photos, the photo is removed right away.
On an activity's Photos page, click Delete in the Delete photo? window.
NOTE: Deleting a photo permanently removes it. To take an activity photo down without deleting it, click the × next to Activity Photo instead. This moves the photo back to Gallery.
