Need to add another guest or change the dates of your reservation before it’s confirmed? Here are a few things to know.
Understand when you can cancel
First, check the cancellation policy. If it’s still pending, you can cancel and you won’t be charged for the reservation or the service fees.
How to cancel a pending trip request
The simplest way is to find the message thread with your Host in your Inbox and select Withdraw request. Otherwise:
Go to Trips and click Show more trip plans
For a reservation that says Pending Host approval, click Cancel reservation
Click Cancel request
