To find a reservation you made, either choose the message thread with the Host in your Inbox or go to your Trips page and click or tap Show more trip plans, then Show details.

Make sure you’re logged in to the same Staybnb account you used to make the reservation. If you booked it using a friend’s or family member’s account, log in to their account first, or ask them to invite you as an additional guest.

If you still can’t find your reservation, get help.
