Main Section

Overview (Dashboard)

  • Your home base

  • Shows your current request status, progress tracker, and quick tools

  • This is where you land after logging in

My Housing Request(s)

  • View your active housing request in detail

  • See all matched properties in List, Map, or Split view

  • Apply to properties from here

My Bookings

  • View confirmed bookings

  • Access details of your current or upcoming stay

  • See past stays (if applicable)

Note: My Bookings only appears if you have an active or past booking.


Account Section

My Documents

  • Upload required documents depending on housing inquiry (ID, proof of income, employment contract, etc.)

  • Track which documents have been submitted and approved

  • Download or replace documents

Note: My Documents appears once you reach the application stage.

My Profile

  • Update your personal information (name, email, phone)

  • Set your relocation context (origin country, relocation needs)

  • Adjust housing preferences (budget, household size, pets, parking)

Settings (Preferences)

  • Manage notification preferences

  • Create or change your password

  • Adjust privacy and account settings


How to Access the Menu

On Desktop: The sidebar is visible on the left side of the screen at all times.

Click any item to navigate. The active page is highlighted.

You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the < icon at the top to gain more screen space.

On Mobile: Tap the hamburger menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

The sidebar slides in from the left. Tap any item to navigate. Tap the X or outside the menu to close it.

Common Questions

Why do I not see My Bookings?

My Bookings only appears if you have at least one confirmed booking. If you are still in the request or matching stage, it will not be visible.

Why do I not see My Documents?

My Documents becomes available once you reach the application stage or when documents are required.

Can I rearrange the menu?

No. The navigation order is fixed.
