Stellar gives you the possibility to import influencers lists (or bulk import) and it is quite simple! Please follow the next steps:
Click on the "Add new influencer" button ⬇️
Download the model by clicking on the hyperlink.
Fill it in and import the file again. The influencers will appear in your Stellar portfolio in less than an hour. Remember to place your influencers in groups.
⚠️ Having trouble importing your file? It is likely due to one of the reasons below:
Special characters
Blank cells in your document (only the ones in between the name of the social network and the username, if you don't have the social account for an influencer, you can leave it blank!)
Blank spaces before the influencer's names
Influencers limit reached
Private profiles
Influencers duplicates in the CSV file
Import in an existing group
If you are trying to add another social account to an existing influencer's profile. For example, if the influencer has an Instagram account already listed in your Stellar account, trying to import his/her TikTok account via the CSV file will not work. You have to add it via the 'Match accounts' function.
You can always check the status of your imported files in your "Imports" tab, as shown below:
