How to import an influencer profile?

To create an influencer profile card, simply click on the "Add a new influencer" button located on the upper right side of your screen. From there, you can choose from three different import modes for your influencers: importing an Excel or CSV file, entering profiles individually based on the URL or username, or selecting them from our Discovery database.

  • Excel or CSV file import: Please ensure that you follow the correct field format as demonstrated in the provided samples. To include multiple values, separate them with a ";". Please note that the order of fields is not mandatory.

  • Individual import: You can do so in one of two ways. You can either use the search bar to manually enter the influencer's social account username or URL or use our Stellar Chrome extension to save influencers directly from their blog or social media pages on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook. The extension is available on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

  • Import via Discovery: You can use over 15 filters to discover the ideal Instagram, TikTok or YouTube influencers among the 15M+ accounts in our database. Additionally, you can use keywords to narrow down your search in case the available categories are too broad for your niche.

What does this module offer?

The information available on influencer profile cards is updated daily, providing you with accurate and current data. This information is crucial when selecting an influencer, as it corresponds to all the necessary criteria.

These criteria include average performance metrics such as followers, engagement rates, impressions, and reach. Audience analysis is also provided, including age, gender, country, city, interests, and detection of fake followers, as well as the percentage of reachable audiences. Additionally, you can track the evolution of followers and engagements, forecast influencer rates, and forecast posts' EMV.

You can also find the latest content and themes, brand affinities, and past collaborations with competitors. Some data is automatically pulled, while other information can be added manually to help you easily contact and maintain relationships with the influencer. This information includes contact information, gender information, date of birth, and more.

Stellar also offers several other useful features, such as the "Lookalikes" section, which suggests similar influencer profiles to help you discover new relevant content creators for your campaign. The notes section is CRM-inspired and allows you to enter comments about the influencer, which can be helpful for team members. Additionally, the MediaKit-inspired PDF export feature is available for your convenience.

You can filter your influencers' portfolio by first/last added followers and engagement rates (ascending/descending).

How to create a group of influencers?

You have the ability to create groups of influencers within the Stellar platform. By creating groups, you can better organize your influencers and take the first step in setting up your influencer marketing project, such as a campaign, event, or paid partnership.

To create a group, you can navigate to the group section or select influencers in bulk with the action menu. Once you have selected the influencers you want to group together, give your group a clear title. This title can be the name of a client, a specific campaign or event, or even a theme such as fashion or vegan.

After creating a title for your group, you can add influencer cards to the group. You can add influencers from your existing Stellar database, import an Excel spreadsheet, enter social media usernames or URLs, or even save profiles from social media pages using the Stellar Chrome extension. A group can contain up to 500 influencers, and the same influencers can be part of several different groups. Additionally, you can create and manage an unlimited number of groups.

You can also merge several groups into one by clicking on "Bulk actions" in a group, scrolling all the way down so that all the influencers' sheets are well loaded, and then clicking on "Add to a group".

By effectively using the groups feature, you can better organize your influencers and streamline your influencer marketing efforts.
