Until now, Stellar has offered a quantitative analysis of your campaigns, displaying results in terms of KPIs. But a qualitative analysis is now available only in the Reports module (on Instagram exclusively for now... but stay tuned!) thanks to the launch of our new feature that enables you to:
Analyze the feelings and reactions of your ambassadors' audience towards your campaign.
Track the most frequently used mentions, emojis, and keywords.
Find out the perception and appreciation of a particular content, product, or brand.
Identify influencers and brand advocates who resonate with your target audience.
Detect product purchase intent.
Do know that this feature is available in the following languages: Dutch/Arabic/Hindi/Portuguese/German/English/Spanish/French/Italian. As each analysis is subject to a fee, sentiment analysis is not displayed by default in every report. This means that the user must manually trigger the analysis.
⚠️ We strongly advise you to launch sentiment analyses at the end of a campaign, as the user will have to launch a new paid analysis to analyze comments posted afterwards.
I cannot trigger sentiment analysis if :
I don't have the Reports module activated in my subscription.
I am not the account administrator.
the report I want to analyze contains more than 10,000 comments (please contact help@stellar.io if you would like a quotation to analyze reports with more than 10,000 comments).
I have no/no more analyses available in my plan.
the end date of my report exceeds the last three months.
Once the analysis has been launched, a loading page will indicate that the analysis is being created. You'll receive an e-mail informing you when the analysis is ready, with a link to the report in question: simple, fast, and effective!
