Do you need to adjust your influencers' portfolio? Try out a new module? Does your next campaign only start in a few weeks? Do not worry! You can easily change your monthly membership as you see fit 🙌🏼.

Adjust your plan to your real-time needs.

🧐 How?

If you pay by credit card or Stripe, you can change your membership independently: open your settings → "billing" tab then click on "upgrade".

You will then be redirected to another page where you will be asked to (un)tick the relevant modules and number of influencers.

Once your choice is made, only click once ⚠️ on the 'Renew My Plan' button (the page will not refresh), then check in your 'Invoices' tab whether the payment went through. The system will automatically calculate the difference between the old and the new plan and debit the relevant amount.

🎩 Tips of the day:

  • If you want to downgrade the number of influencers: you first need to clean/delete your portfolio. The system will only let you downgrade if you are under the (future) limit you are about to choose.
