💸 With automatic credit card subscription renewals, your payment may take the freedom of taking a vacation and going on a surprise getaway... but rest assured: we'll be alerted of the payment failure, and so will you! 🚨

To be able to continue using the Stellar Tech platform without interruption, please reiterate the payment after checking the following:

  • the expiry date of your card

  • the available balance on your account

  • if your card has changed, please update the new billing information in the "Billing" tab, then "Payments".

💡 Tip of the day: do know that it's very easy to switch from a monthly payment to an annual subscription in the "Subscription" tab. Avoid surprises, save time and budget for other aspects of your influencer strategy/relevant parts of your campaign.
