The short answer is yes however there are some limitations due to recent changes Garmin has made to their API set-up which means that only “on foot activities” will pass as “steps” and sync with the STEPtember App.

Thus, anything recorded via Garmin that is a GPS activity on-foot activity, e.g. Walking, running, hiking, will automatically sync across to the STEPtember App with steps converted.

However, with activities that are not “on foot” such as cycling, swimming, surfing etc. These will not convert or sync across to the STEPtember App. Users will need to manually enter this data onto the app.
