Can we attend multiple camp locations?

Yes! One of the amazing perks at Steve & Kate's Camp is being able to switch between locations at any time.

How to Switch Locations at Steve & Kate's Camp?

If you are visiting a different site, no need to make any changes, just select the location you are going to attend during Early Check In on your account and select the location you will be attending for the day.

The only time we need to update your account is if you are making a permanent move to a new location or will be spending more than 50% of your time at a different site. If this is the case, simply drop us a chat message, send us an email, or give us a call and we can help you out with that change.

What if I have a Back-Up Care reservation?

Since Back-Up Care is managed by Bright Horizons, you will need to give them a call if you are wanting to attend a different location from what your reservation is showing. Bright Horizons Back-Up Care can be reached at 877-242-2737.

How long does it take to process my location change?

Your location change should be processed within 24 business hours. If you need any help with switching your camp location, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help.
