Using Day & Summer Passes to Attend Different Locations
At Steve & Kate's we allow families to use their Day or Summer Passes at any location as long as they are registered for camp. However, in order to attend a different location, you must select that location specifically during the online early check in process. Please be aware that different locations may require additional paperwork or have different local regulations that must be adhered to in order to attend. Additionally, paperwork remains the same within a state but will require updates when switching states.
If you plan to attend a different location the entire summer, we will need to update your account accordingly. Please be aware that some camps may require additional fees for certain locations. For locations with different pricing tiers, a refund and repurchase process might be necessary. You will need to request a refund for previously purchased days at the original location and repurchase days for the new location after the refund is processed.
If you are attending camp through Bright Horizons Back-Up Care, you are limited to the location listed on your reservation. To make any changes, you are required to contact Bright Horizons directly, and they can be reached via their customer service number.
