Day Pass Refunds at Camp Season's End
Since 1980 we have been automatically refunding unused purchased Day Passes to families at the end of the camp season, so you can focus on having fun in the sun and enjoy the time with your loved ones.
Refunds for unused passes are typically processed in mid-September following the conclusion of the summer camp season.
If for any reason you have unused purchased Day Passes in your account after a camp season has ended, we at Steve & Kate's want to make sure you get what you paid for. That’s why we’ll refund it in full without questions.
Alternatively, you may request an early refund by logging into your camp account, navigating to the Billing tab, and selecting the Refund Paid Day Passes button.
Summer Pass Refunds
If you purchased a Summer Pass and end up not attending enough days to justify the Summer Pass, then we'll calculate what you would have paid at the daily rate, and automatically refund you the difference.
Refunds are processed by calculating the per-day rate for the days attended and automatically crediting the difference back to your payment method.
Switching Between Passes
You have the flexibility to start with Day Passes and transition to a Summer Pass if needed or vice versa. This adaptability ensures your plan aligns with your schedule. Additional passes can be purchased anytime through your camp account.

What if I forget to request a refund during the camp season? Unused days will be automatically refunded after the camp ends (mid-September for summer camps).
What happens if I purchase summer pass, but my child decides not to attend? If the passes remain unused, you are entitled to a full refund. Day Passes might be a better option if unsure.
Can I get a partial refund if my child only attends for certain days? Yes. Any unused paid days are refundable. Use the early refund option through your account or the automatic refund system at summer's end.
