Combining Multiple Accounts
At Steve & Kate’s Camp, many of our customers use Back-Up Care, which sometimes creates separate accounts. In the event that you have two accounts, you can easily combine them into one. Merging accounts consolidates your data such as camper details, reservations, and billing into one system, streamlining processes like check-in and check-out and improving overall management.
Combining Accounts with Back-Up Care
To merge accounts, first decide which account should be your primary account, particularly if one uses Bright Horizons childcare credits. Then contact our support team by providing the email addresses associated with both accounts for verification. If you encounter login issues, use the "Forgot Password" function to regain account access. For Bright Horizons accounts, be sure to use the email linked with that system.
